Dale Foster

Senior Mining Geologist, BEng(Hons) ACSM
Dale graduated from Camborne School of Mines in 1993 and joined Crofty Consultancy in 1999. He is one of the most experienced mine search specialists in the county. Focussing on Industrial (Mining) Geology, he compiles mine search reports and designs, directs and reports on mining site investigations for domestic and industrial properties (including supervising the drilling investigation in advance of the dualling of the railway line between Probus and Burngullow). He prepares and writes Mundic Analysis Reports as well as Mineralogical Reports. As a holder of a confined spaces ticket he also carries out various underground inspections of old mine workings.

Emma Geddes

GeoEnvironmental Surveyor, BSc (Hons) MSc FGS GMInstCES MCSM
Emma joined the company in 2006 having graduated with her first degree in 2004 and subsequently graduating with an MSc from Camborne School of Mines. She carries out environmental surveys, land surveys and soil and water sampling. She designs and supervises mining, contaminated land and geotechnical site investigations and compiles and writes geotechnical and environmental evaluation reports. Emma also carries out mundic analysis.

Roger Wedlake

Technical Services Manager, BSc(Hons)
Roger Wedlake qualified as an Exploration and Mining Geologist and has spent his professional career working in the Cornish Tin Mining Industry and associated areas. Roger has worked as a Mining Geologist, Diamond Driller, Miner and Project Manager/Estimator for the mining company South Crofty Plc. On the closure of the last tin mine in 1998 Roger was part of the management buyout team that took over subsidiary activities to form the Wheal Jane Group. Roger is currently working as Technical Services Manager, providing technical support to the Wheal Jane Group Companies as well as estimating and business development responsibilities.

Chris Duncan

GeoEnvironmental Technician
Chris has extensive mechanical and groundwork experience within the group and carries out Geotechnical testing and environmental test logging.

Paul Foster

GeoTechnical Engineer, BEng(Hons) ACSM FGS
Paul graduated in 2003, joining Crofty Consultancy in 2007. He has site investigation and geo-environmental reporting experience. His core skills include geotechnical and environmental evaluation reports and mining, contaminated land and geotechnical site investigation design.

Kim Moreton

GeoEnvironmental Surveyor, MSc IEMA InstCES
Kim carries out environmental surveys, mine searches, land surveys and soil and water sampling. He designs and supervises mining, contaminated land and geotechnical site investigations and advises on remediation strategies. He has many years of industrial project management experience
including data management, documentation and reporting; and is working on business development as the company embarks on a period of growth and expansion.
Kim also carries out Stage 1 mundic analysis and oversees the stage 3 test facility.
