Building on recent consolidation within Consultancy, it’s standing and role within the Wheal Jane Group is confirmed as the Group Chief Executive joins us in an active operational role.  With many years experience in the land and property industry, Mark is at the helm as the Group embarks on forward with one of the largest environment and sustainability projects in the region.

Dale Foster

Senior Mining Geologist
BEng(Hons) ACSM
Dale graduated from Camborne School of Mines and  is one of the most experienced mine search specialists in the county. Focussing on Industrial (Mining) Geology, he compiles mine search reports and designs, directs and reports on mining site investigations. With more than 15 years of experience in environment and mining services and a strong personal interest in the geology and mining history of Cornwall, Dale can truly be called an expert both in and under his field.  He prepares and writes Mundic Analysis Reports as well as Mineralogical Reports. As a holder of a confined spaces ticket he also carries out underground inspections of mine workings.

Kim Moreton

Consultant Environmental Surveyor
MSc MCSM FRSA
Kim is vice - chairman of the RICS Cornwall Association and chaired the recent RICS Mundic Guidance note review.  He designs and supervises mining, environmental, contaminated land and geoenvironmental site investigations and surveys, and advises on remediation strategies.
A member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, he also holds a confined spaces ticket.
